Background on my report task

Vocational school 6 Surakarta is one of some Vocational School in SURAKARTA. The purposes of Vocational Schools are passing candidate of the skilled and quality workers.

One of the methods is doing OJT (On the Job Training) in real company for 2 months. So students can practice all lessons are learned at school.

For 2 months the writer can do OJT in “Carrefour” PABELAN .In there the writer was trained by Carrefour’s employees ,to operate cashier machine ,operate credit card machine ,handing telephone ,keep information center area ,handle costumers .

From some activities in above, the writer will explain about “HANDLING CUSTOMERS” in CARREFOUR PABELAN
